  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during such times.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

  • We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.

  • Our shipping carriers include but are not limited to BLUDART, DELHIVERY, and FEDEX. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on factors such as destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package, as well as the selected shipping method.

  • You can view the shipping rates applicable to your order during the checkout process before making payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. It Takes 2-10 Working days to Reach your destination. Time is based on Shipment from Mumbai to Your Destination.

  • While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frame, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or inclement weather.

6. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please ensure to provide a valid physical address for delivery.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

  3. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

  6. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

  7. Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

  8. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am - 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 

  10. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

  11. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks. HIGHTRIBE may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

 

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
    HIGHTRIBE WAREHOUSE
    518, 5TH Floor, Shiv Solitaire Garment Hub, Caves Road, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai - 400 060, Maharashtra.

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @hightribe.inc or on Whatsapp: +91 9769051717  with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
